By accessing hjd.builders (the “Site”) you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site or our lead-capture features.

2. Website Purpose

The Site provides information about HJD Builders’ design-build services and allows visitors to request estimates or consultations. These Terms do not govern any construction work; each project is covered by a separate written contract.

3. Intellectual Property

All text, graphics, logos, photographs, and code are the property of HJD Builders or its licensors. You may view, download, and print for personal, non-commercial use only. Unauthorized reproduction or scraping is prohibited.

4. Permitted & Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• submit false or misleading information

• upload malware or attempt to gain unauthorized access

• use the Site to send unsolicited commercial messages

We may suspend access for violations without notice.

5. Estimates & Informational Content

Any cost calculators or estimate forms on the Site are informational and subject to change until a formal proposal is executed.

6. Electronic Communications & SMS Consent

By entering your phone or email you consent to receive automated messages (SMS/email) related to your inquiry. Message & data rates may apply. You may opt-out at any time by replying STOP or clicking “STOP.”

7. Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, HJD Builders disclaims liability for any indirect or consequential damages arising from Site use.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, HJD Builders will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site. Any direct damages that you may incur will be limited to the smallest amount permitted under applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
